(1) Terms of Service
By accessing, registering with, purchasing from, or otherwise using VindyCheats.com, its website, software, applications, loaders, forums, digital products, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all Services owned, operated, distributed, or provided by VindyCheats.com (referred to as "VindyCheats.com", "VindyCheats", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a license or subscription, downloading or using our software, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any additional rules or policies displayed on our website.

(2) Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age at which you may legally enter into such an agreement, you may only use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your country, state, province, or other jurisdiction.

(3) User Content
Content submitted, uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Services may be reviewed or moderated by authorized staff for security, moderation, fraud prevention, support, or enforcement purposes.

Content may also be processed by third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, including services used for spam prevention, fraud detection, infrastructure, payment processing, or security.

You should not submit information that you consider highly confidential unless it is specifically requested through an appropriate support or payment process.

We reserve the right to remove, hide, edit, restrict, or moderate user-submitted Content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, our community rules, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

You retain ownership of your original Content.

(4) User Accounts
Your VindyCheats.com account is personal to you. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not sell, rent, share, transfer, exchange, sublicense, or provide another person with access to your account, subscription, license, or associated software access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account where such activity results from your actions or your failure to reasonably secure your credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact VindyCheats.com support as soon as reasonably possible.

Account sharing is prohibited unless expressly permitted by VindyCheats.com. Accounts identified as being shared between multiple individuals may be temporarily locked, suspended, or permanently terminated.

Certain products may require device authorization or may be linked to specific computer hardware. Where device authorization is required, only the authorized device may use the applicable license unless a hardware reset, de-authorization, or transfer is permitted by the specific product.

Where applicable, de-authorizing or resetting a device may be subject to a cooldown period or subscription-time adjustment. Any applicable restrictions will be displayed through the relevant product, account panel, or support documentation.

(5) Software Licenses
Purchasing a product or subscription does not transfer ownership of the software to you. Unless otherwise stated, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the applicable software for the duration of your valid subscription or license period.

You may not, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, publish, share, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, bypass protections of, or attempt to extract proprietary components from VindyCheats.com software.

You may not use our Services to attempt to compromise VindyCheats.com infrastructure, authentication systems, licensing systems, loaders, servers, databases, security mechanisms, or other users.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and licenses.

(6) Subscriptions and License Duration
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a subscription or time-limited license begins when the license is activated, delivered, redeemed, or otherwise made available according to the conditions displayed for that product.

The subscription remains valid for the purchased duration and automatically expires when that duration ends unless the product is specifically sold as a recurring subscription.

Recurring subscriptions, where offered, may continue to renew until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally cancel or refund the remaining portion of an already-paid subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions are not automatically paused or frozen because a customer chooses not to use the product.

Products may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party software changes, security updates, or other operational reasons. Where we determine that significant downtime qualifies for subscription compensation, additional license time or another appropriate form of compensation may be applied at our discretion or as otherwise required by applicable law.

(7) Product Availability and Changes
Software products may require frequent updates because of changes to games, operating systems, drivers, security software, anti-cheat software, or other third-party systems outside the control of VindyCheats.com.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of any individual product, feature, supported game version, operating system version, or third-party compatibility.

We may update, modify, temporarily disable, replace, or discontinue features or products where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, technical, commercial, or operational reasons.

(8) Payments
You agree to provide accurate payment information and to use only payment methods that you are authorized to use.

Prices, billing periods, currencies, taxes, payment-provider fees, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Attempting to pay with stolen, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawfully obtained funds or payment credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

(9) Refund Policy and Digital Content
Our products generally consist of digital content, software licenses, subscriptions, access credentials, or other electronically supplied services that may be delivered or activated immediately after payment.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, payments for activated, redeemed, delivered, downloaded, or otherwise accessed digital products are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds are generally not provided because a customer:
• changed their mind after receiving or activating the product;
• purchased the wrong product or subscription duration;
• failed to review compatibility requirements before purchasing;
• did not use all or part of the purchased subscription period;
• had their account suspended or terminated for violating these Terms;
• experienced an action taken by a third-party game publisher, platform, security system, or anti-cheat provider as a consequence of using the product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If you believe there has been a billing error or that a product was not delivered as described, you should contact VindyCheats.com support before initiating a payment dispute so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue.

(10) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks, false payment disputes, unauthorized payment reversals, or intentionally misleading claims submitted to payment processors are prohibited.

If a payment associated with an account is reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may temporarily suspend access to the corresponding account, license, or product while the matter is investigated.

Where a payment dispute is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, VindyCheats.com may permanently terminate the associated account and refuse future service, subject to applicable law.

This section does not restrict your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute or exercise rights available to you under applicable law.

(11) Anti-Cheat Systems and Third-Party Software
Some VindyCheats.com products may interact with video games, software, or services protected by anti-cheat, anti-tamper, security, integrity, or monitoring technologies operated by third parties.

Any description of a product as "undetected", "safe", "supported", "working", or similar terminology describes the known status of the product at a particular point in time and does not constitute a guarantee that the product will remain undetected, uninterrupted, or compatible in the future.

Anti-cheat systems, games, operating systems, security products, and other third-party software may change without notice. As a result, detection status and compatibility can change at any time.

By using such products, you acknowledge and accept the risk that a third-party service may detect the software or take action against your game account, device, hardware identifiers, platform account, or related services.

VindyCheats.com does not control third-party game publishers, anti-cheat providers, platform operators, or their enforcement decisions and cannot guarantee that use of a product will not result in warnings, suspensions, bans, restrictions, data loss, or other consequences imposed by those third parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VindyCheats.com is not responsible for penalties, suspensions, bans, restrictions, or losses imposed by third-party game publishers, anti-cheat providers, platforms, or other third-party services resulting from the use of our products.

(12) System Requirements and Compatibility
You are responsible for reviewing the product description and system requirements before purchasing.

Product functionality may depend on your operating system version, hardware configuration, BIOS/UEFI configuration, security settings, drivers, game version, platform, regional game build, or other technical requirements.

A product being compatible with one configuration does not guarantee compatibility with every computer or environment.

(13) Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
• share, resell, redistribute, leak, or sublicense products without authorization;
• share or sell your VindyCheats.com account;
• attempt to bypass licensing or authentication systems;
• attack, disrupt, overload, exploit, or compromise our website, servers, software, or infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account;
• submit fraudulent payments or payment disputes;
• impersonate VindyCheats.com staff;
• use the Services in a manner that violates applicable law.

(14) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account or license where we reasonably determine that the user has violated these Terms, compromised security, committed fraud, abused staff or support systems, distributed protected software, shared an account, attempted to bypass licensing protections, or otherwise materially abused the Services.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may investigate suspected violations before taking permanent action. Serious security, fraud, distribution, or abuse violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

(15) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or free from temporary technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

(16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VindyCheats.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Services, including losses resulting from third-party account actions, game bans, software incompatibility, downtime, or loss of access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

(17) Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or interact with third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, communication platforms, game publishers, operating systems, anti-cheat providers, or other software providers.

VindyCheats.com is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, enforcement decisions, or failures caused solely by independent third-party services that we do not control.

(18) Privacy
Information collected through VindyCheats.com will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and as required by applicable data-protection laws.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that certain technical information may be processed where reasonably necessary for account security, licensing, fraud prevention, software functionality, customer support, and enforcement of these Terms.

(19) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

(20) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product-specific conditions, checkout terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and VindyCheats.com concerning your use of the Services.
