Before creating a post here in the Premium Support section read this.

 

If you have an issue with any cheats here at Vindy, you can post your issues here and we will help you until they are resolved. It is recommended that you post your issue here as a thread rather than messaging us personally on Discord or Steam / Email due to other people that may encounter the same problem. Having a thread here may help other people. We want to help you as best as possible but in order for us to do that we need to know exactly what issues you are having. Other buyers may also be able to help you with an issue.

 

It is recommended you have Team Viewer installed on your computer for staff to help you with an issue. (Click here for download)

 

Before posting you should always make sure your thread is as detailed as possible so that we can try and find the issue, Some things that you should post in your thread will include:

 

* Descriptive detail of the issue; Explain what is happening.

* What have you tried doing to solve the issue yourself ?

* System / Hardware Details; If necessary, (depending on what cheat you're trying to use) some cheats are only supported for certain operating systems and certain hardware. Make sure you note this.
 

If your issue is not related to a Vindy cheat directly and is more of a "Link is not working" or "How do i run this cheat", you will not have to post such a descriptive post.
